The Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011:

Part 2 - Statement of Purpose and Children's Guide.

All Fostering services are required to have a written Fostering Statement of purpose which outlines the aims and objectives of the fostering service, and a statement as to the services and facilities (including any parent and child arrangements) provided by the fostering service.
